Vietnam to export 85,000 laborers this year
The Labor Export Management Bureau aims to send at least 85,000 workers abroad this year and support enterprises to improve the quality of labor sources.

In the labor export plan released on Friday, the bureau under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs said it will help companies and vocational centers train workers.

It will also work with agencies to improve laborers’ loan prospects.

This year Vietnam will negotiate international labor cooperation pacts with United Arab Emirates, Libya and Russia to expand its labor export market.

Over 470,000 Vietnamese are working in 40 foreign countries and territories around the world.
