Đây là một trong những ngữ pháp thường xuất hiện trong các đề thi JLPT N4.

1. Giải thích ngữ pháp tiếng Nhật JLPT N4 – たがる (tagaru)
Meaning: Want to
Formation:
Verb-ますstem + たがる/たがっている
2. Các câu ví dụ thông dụng nhất
母は弟にもバイオリンかピアノを習わせたがっているんだ。
My mom also wants to make my little brother learn violin or piano.
Haha wa otouto ni mo baiorin ka piano o narawasetagatte irun da.
妹はその馬に乗りたがっている。
My little sister wants to ride that horse.
Imouto wa sono uma ni noritagatte iru.
うちの娘が留学したがる。
My daughter wants to study abroad.
Uchi no musume ga ryuugaku shitagaru.
「ここで少し休みますか。」「はい。子供たちも休みたがっています。」
“shall we take a rest here?” “yes. the kids also want to rest.”
Koko de sukoshi yasumimasu ka. hai. kodomotachi mo yasumitagatte imasu.
寮に住みたがっている学生が多い。
Many students want to live in the dorm.
Ryou ni sumitagatte iru gakusei ga ooi.
彼が一刻も早く立ち去りたがっているような気がする。
I have the impression that he wants to leave as quickly as possible.
Kare ga ikkoku mo hayaku tachisaritagatte iru you na ki ga suru.
赤ちゃんがミルクを飲みたがっている。
The baby wants his milk.
Akachan ga miruku o nomitagatte iru.

My parents wanted to talk about what happened at school.
Ryoushin wa gakkou de nani ga okita no ka hanashitagatteta.

Moshi watashi ni attara, tabun anata wa watashi no koto o iroiro to shiritagaru darou to omotta no.
タケシは学校の話を聞きたがっていた。
Takeshi liked to hear me tell stories about my school.
Takeshi wa gakkou no hanashi o kikitagatte ita.
この道具は悪の手に渡れば大変な脅威になる。まずいことに、力のある者たちが奪いたがっていると思われるふしがあるんだよ。
