1. Giải thích ngữ pháp tiếng Nhật JLPT N5:ほうがいい (hou ga ii) – 1
Meaning: Had better, should, it’d be better to
Formation:
Verb-casual past + ほうがいい
Verb-casual, non-past + ほうがいい
2. Các câu ví dụ thông dụng nhất
英会話をもっと練習したほうがいい。
You should practice speaking english more.
Eikaiwa o motto renshuu shita hougaii.
私の言うとおりにしたほうがいいですよ。
You’d better listen to what i say.
Watashi no iu toori ni shita hougaii desu yo.
願書を早く送るほうがいいですよ。
You’d better send your application form quickly.
Gansho o hayaku okuru hougaii desu yo.
あなたの部屋は汚すぎる。毎日掃除したほうがいい。
Your room is too dirty. you should clean it every day.
Anata no heya wa kitanasugiru. mainichi souji shita hougaii.
気をつけたほうがいいよ。
You’d better be careful.
Ki o tsuketa hougaii yo.
ゆっくり休んだほうがいいですよ。
You should get some rest.
Yukkuri yasunda hougaii desu yo.
ちゃんと勉強するほうがいい。しないと成績が悪くなっちゃうよ。
You should study more seriously. if you don’t your grades will decline.
Chanto benkyou suru hougaii. shinai to seiseki ga waruku nacchau yo.
彼のことを忘れたほうがいい。
You should forget about him.
Kare no koto o wasureta hougaii.
彼女に謝ったほうがいいと思う。
I think you should apologize to her.
Kanojo ni ayamatta hougaii to omou.
武器を持って行ったほうがいいですか？
Should i take my arms?
Buki o motte itta hou ga ii desu ka.
くよくよ考えているより、最悪の事態でも知ったほうがいい。
It’s better to know the worst than to wonder.
Kuyokuyo kangaete iru yori, saiaku no jitai demo shitta hou ga ii.
私は何か一口食べたいところなんだけど、なんだかここにぐずぐずしていないで先に進んだほうがいいような気がする。
I should like to eat something, but somehow i think we had better move on from here.
Watashi wa nanika hitokuchi tabetai tokoro nan da kedo, nan da ka koko ni guzuguzu shite inaide saki ni susunda hou ga ii you na ki ga suru.

イギリスにはｅｕを批判する人が多くいますが、組織にとどまって、内側から改善点を交渉しようとするほうがいいですよ。部外者には、誰も注意を払ってくれませんからね。
Britain has many criticisms of the eu, but it’s better to stay in an organization and try and negotiate improvement from within because no one takes notice of an outsider.
